This church is dedicated to becoming a Great Commandment Church with a Great Commission Goal. The Great Commandment from Matthew 22:37-39 reads, "And He said to him, 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.' This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'"
Secondly, our goal as Christians assembled together as the called-out Church is to fulfill the Great Commission from Matthew 28:18-20. "And Jesus came and said to them, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.'" Thus, as commanded by the Lord himself, we are focused on making disciples of all the nations and baptizing and teaching these disciples. In essence, we are saints gathered to edify the Lord and equip the saints, and scattered in the world to evangelize the lost.
